titleOfInvention Method of forecasting the course of myocardium infarction
abstract The invention relates to medicine, not cardiology in particular, and is intended to predict the healing of myocardial infarction. For this purpose, periodic blood sampling and its study are carried out, in which the maximum values of necrotic process markers, such as creatine phosphokinase, and reparative processes, such as seromucoid, are determined in the blood plasma by the time interval between the onset of their maxima of 4-5 days, judged on the uncomplicated form of the healing of myocardial infarction, with an increase in the mentioned time period to 6-8 days, on the violation of the healing of myocardial infarction. The proposed solution allows to increase the accuracy of prediction of the healing of myocardial infarction and makes it possible to predict the outcome of the myocardium in comparison with other diseases. 1 tab.
