First, they are heated in a powdered saturating medium to 560-720 ° C with a holding time of 0.6-1.2 h, then they are heated at a speed of 0.8-2.4 ° C / s to a temperature of 950-1100 ° C with an exposure of 1.2-1.8 h and cooled at a rate of 1.2-2.4 ° C / s to a temperature in the range of 300-500 ° C, after which the processing cycle is repeated from 2 to 8 times. Machined parts have the lowest relative wear rate of 12.2 g / m 2 s. 1 hp f-ly, 3 tab.
