abstract The invention relates to the field of restoring disturbed lands and can be used for forest and agricultural reclamation of rock dumps in conditions of insufficient moisture. The purpose of the invention is to improve the water availability of plants. To do this, in the dump rocks, the tusks are formed in the form of depressions separated by shafts of the same rocks, the height of the root-inhabited layer.
