titleOfInvention | Strain of hybrid cultivated cells of mus musculus for producing monoclonal antibodies to membrane protein of escherichia coli |
abstract | The invention relates to biotechnology and can be used to purify recombinant human interleukin-2. The aim of the invention is to obtain hybrid cultured cells of animal MUS musculus, producing monoclonal antibodies (MK) to membrane protein E. so11 4 kV, containing in the preparation of a portion of purified human recombinant interleukin-2 (P1-III-2). The strain is obtained by gabrdizatsii splenocytes of Balb / c mice immunized with RIL-2 human with HbZ-Ag8-653 myeloma cells. The secretion of ICA for 2-3 days of cultivation is 35-40 µg / ml of culture medium and 10-15 mg / ml of ascitic fluid. MAbs belong to the IgGi class. They specifically interact with E. coli membrane protein. 4kV The content of the E. coli impurity protein after purification of RIL-2 on a sorbent containing the obtained mAbs is 15%. 1 tab. F |
