titleOfInvention | Strain of penicillium crhysogenum thom fungi as biological agent |
abstract | This invention relates to the field of medical microbiology, namely, to the production of a biological product pathogenic for fleas - carriers of plague. The aim of the invention is a strain of the fungus Penicillium chrysogenum Thorn, which has increased virulence, productivity. The strain of the fungus Penicillium chrysogenum Thorn 18 was deposited in the collection of the Institute of the All-Russia Research Institute of Geotechnical Geology under the number F-341. The strain was obtained by selection using nitrosomethyl urea from the natural population of the strain. The strain is cultivated on a dense nutrient medium (wort --- agar, pH 5.7) at a temperature of 28 ° C for 10 days. Conidia of the fungus P.chrysogenum VKPM F341 cause 100% death of the Xenopsylla skjabini block at 5-7 days after infection. § High productivity, virulence for plague carriers allows the use of the Q / J strain as a biological insecticidal agent. 3 tab. |
