titleOfInvention Method of treating steel-melting phosphate slags
abstract The invention relates to the field of metallurgy, specifically to methods of processing phosphate slags, and is intended for the disposal of steelmaking slags using them as fertilizers. The aim of the invention is to simplify the process and reduce its time. Slag cooling is proposed to lead until the upper layer has a viscosity of 25-40 P, and the separation of layers is carried out by draining the lateral surface of the slag receiver inclined at an angle of 25-50 to the horizontal. Due to the viscosity of the phosphate-enriched upper crust slag on the inclined surface and draining of the lower layer, coated with iron oxide, they are effectively separated in the receiver and the need for time-consuming cutting of the monolithic slag block is eliminated, as is the case in the known method. 1 tab. and F (P
