titleOfInvention Method of removing ciliechoroidal ulcers
abstract This invention relates to medicine, which concerns ophthalmology, and is intended for the surgical treatment of tumors of the ciliochoroidal zone. The purpose of the invention is to reduce postoperative complications. The conjunctiva is removed from the intervention zone, the direct targets are taken at the seam-holder, and the Firring ring is hemmed. Diaphanooscopy determines the configuration and size of the tumor, labeled with a p-rum of brilliant green. The interested muscle is stitched and cut 3-4 mm from the point of attachment. An appropriate graft is cut out from a cadaveric sclera, a cross-section is made in it at the projection site. The muscles have become thinner. Checks for diathermocoagulation in a staggered order. Excised the tumor as a single unit. The end-to-end defect is closed with a graft in which part of the tendons are passed through the incision. The graft is fixed to the sclera under the rectus muscle, the integrity of the latter is restored, a continuous suture is applied to the conjunctiva, under which the solution of the antibiotic is administered. 1 il.
