titleOfInvention Method of treatment of open-angle developed nonstabilized glaucoma
abstract The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to ophthalmology, intended for the treatment of advanced unstabilized glaucoma. The purpose of the invention is the stabilization of visual functions by increasing intraocular blood circulation. For this, a bed is prepared for trabeculostomy before the eye block is opened. From the surface layers of the sclera, a triangular flap is cut out to the limb with a base, and it is separated to the limb. In the excision segment of the trabecular apparatus, cyclodialysis is performed, and two subconjunctival flaps are inserted into the suprachoroidal space: one is placed on the optic nerve head, and the other is passed through the excision section of the trabecular apparatus into the cyclodialysis sh before the introduction into the suprachoroidal space spruce. The method allows to obtain a persistent hypotensive effect, increase sharpness and broaden the field of view, and improve eographically coefficient. cl
