abstract | The invention relates to immunology. The purpose of the invention is to reduce accuracy and simplify the method. Dp of this, erythrocytes are finger blood lysed by adding distilled water for 0.5 min, then 10 times Hanks solution, centrifuged at 200g for 5 min, medium 199 is added to the sediment, rosette formation is established, phosphate cells are fixed buffer r-rum containing 2.0-2.5% formaldehyde. Glutaraldehyde is added to the final concentrate of 0.15-0.2%. A layer of protein fixed with methanol is applied to the plastic plate, a smear is applied to this plate, also fixed with methanol, the preparation is stained and the cells are counted. |
