abstract This invention relates to a medical hand tool for excision and separation of the nasal membrane. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time of the operation. The tool contains a handle 1, a racer 2 and a blade 3. Blade-done. neno sickle with sharpening on its outer face 4, and its end 5 is bent at an obtuse angle to the longitudinal axis of the tool. For use of the tool, the blade 3 is inserted into the nasal cavity and longitudinal cuts are made with an external pointed edge 4, and the transverse cuts are bent at an obtuse angle by the end of the 5 blade. Having turned the instrument, a disperser 2 is introduced into the nasal cavity, with which the mucous membrane is separated. 2 Il.
