abstract The invention allows to reduce energy costs. The heat exchanger (TO) 2 installed in the casing is made in the form of a bundle of tubes 3 placed perpendicularly to the HI-JO of the air flow and divided by a transverse partition 4 into two parts with the formation in the casing 1 of two air channels 5, 6 having superchargers. Channels 5, b are connected by entrances 8, 9 and outlets 10, II, respectively, with the intake duct 12 and the room and with the room and the atmosphere. The supercharger 7 of the channel 6 is rigidly connected to the TO 2. The latter is rotatably mounted in a horizontal plane around an axis 13 located in the zone of the channel 5. A longitudinal horizontal partition 14 divides the channel 6 into the upper and lower flow cavities 15, 16. 17 and exit 18 with the atmosphere. The partition 14 is provided with a window with a seal. for the passage of the TO 2.
