abstract | This invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the cleaning process and increase the yield of the target product. The method involves the use of affinity chromatography on an agarose sorbent with a dye-bright KKH active red immobilized dye for the isolation and purification of the enzyme. The homogenate obtained after the disintegration of the yeast biomass is subjected to heat treatment (10 min at 60 s), the coagulated protein is separated by centrifugation, chromatographed on a 4B Separate column with the active blue bright CK.
