titleOfInvention Composition for removing asphalt-resin and paraffin deposits from hard surface
abstract The invention relates to the oil industry and m. used in the extraction, transportation and storage of oil. The purpose of the invention is to improve the removal efficiency of asphalt-resinous and paraffin deposits by improving the dispersing properties of the compositions. It contains the following components in their ratio, wt.%: Hydrocarbon base 70.0-80.0; fat-containing emulsifier 5.0-10.0} alkali or alkaline-earth metal hydroxide 3.0-5.0; Monza, composition brand ML 0.10-0.25; water - the rest. The ML composition has the following composition with a ratio of its components, wt%: polyethylene glycol ether di-tert-butylphenol with 6-7 hydroxyethyl groups 6.0-9.0; alkyl benzene sulphonate containing 12 to 18 carbon atoms 1.0-1.5} sodium carbonate 48.0 - 52.0; sodium tripolyphosphate 30.0-33.0; sodium metasilicate 8.0-10.0. The composition is prepared by mixing the calculated amount of solvent and emulsifier in a mixing device for 10-15 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then add the calculated amount of the composition. In the latter, the calculated amount of alkali or alkaline-earth metal hydroxide is preliminarily introduced and mixed for 10–15 minutes to obtain a homogeneous mass. 1 tab. I (L
