titleOfInvention Flux for brazing cast iron
abstract The invention relates to soldering, in particular, jk fluxes for brazing iron with copper-based solders, and can be used in the repair of cast iron parts, sealing of defects in iron. The purpose of the invention is the development of flux activity. Flux contains components in the following ratio, wt.%: Borax 75-78, manganese-acid potassium 2-4, zinc chloride 6-8, ferric chloride 7.5-10, potassium bichromate 3-4, trifluoride antimony 1 -1.3. . Flux has a higher activity, providing the spreading area of prizo on chuguns of different brands 58-65 mi, with solder weighing 0.3 g. 2 tab.
