titleOfInvention Method of measuring the welding current
abstract The invention relates to welding production, namely to equipment for resistance welding, and can be used in systems for monitoring parameters of welding conditions. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy by eliminating the error due to the incorrect orientation of the Hall sensors in space. When measuring welding current using Hall sensors, through which a constant stabilized current is passed, a group of blocks of three sensors each are used, the sensors in the blocks are located in orthogonal planes, and the blocks are arbitrarily in the space around the current lead. According to the received signals from the sensors, magnetic induction is calculated using the formula, and the value of the welding current is nahr- g d t from the control system. The use of a system of seven such blocks ensures the independence of the measurement result on the location of the sensor relative to the secondary circuit of the welding machine 2 pcs.
