The invention relates to petrochemistry, in particular, the method of producing oils that can be used in the refining industry. The goal is to increase the quality of the target oils. The process is carried out by hydroprocessing of the raffinates from the unit for the selective purification of petroleum oils by H-containing gas in the presence of an alumina cobalt-molybdenum or aluminokel-molybdenum catalyst at 340–380 ° C, a pressure of 3-5 MPa, a flow rate of 0.5–2 h and a gas circulation ratio 400-1000 im / m of raw materials. Before hydroprocessing, a furan derivative (furfuryl or tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, furfural), taken in an amount of 0.02-0.2 wt.% Of the original raw material, is introduced into the feedstock. The target oil is obtained after dewaxing the obtained product. The method allows to increase the kinematic viscosity of the hydrobot of the refined raffinate at 50 C from 10.13 to 12.71 cSt and at from 2.89 to 3.87 cSt, i.e. practically viscosity is not reduced, as is observed in the known case, 1 ton abl.
