abstract | A process for preparing styrene butadiene latex aqueous emulsion copolymerization of butadiene with styrene in the presence of a redox initiator system, part of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, emulsifiers, molecular weight regulator in the presence of a polymer additive based on vinyl- or with alkilvinilpiridina subsequent degassing, latex concentration, characterized in that, in order to obtain highly concentrated lat xa, with low viscosity, stability in the process of production and storage, as a polymer additive use of 0.005 - 0.03 wt. hours at 100 wt.h. comonomers of a vinyl or alkyl vinylpyridine copolymer with diethylaminoethyl methacrylate with a content of 50 to 90 wt.h. vinyl or alkyl vinylpyridine and 50 to 10 wt.h. diethylaminoethyl methacrylate in the copolymer additive, the polymerization is carried out in the presence of 0.01 to 0.10 wt.h. per 100 wt.h. comonomers of concentrated resorcinol-formaldehyde resin with an optical density of 0.8 - 1.6 with the introduction of the polymer additive and the resin before the start of the polymerization process. |
