abstract The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and, in particular, to methods of hot isothermal stamping of parts. The goal is to increase the productivity and quality of the parts produced, as well as to facilitate their removal from the die. Before deforming, a grease with a working viscosity exceeding the working viscosity of the protective-s.mazkochnogo coating applied to the workpiece is applied no less than 100 times to the stamp engraving. The ratio of the viscosity of the protective and lubricating coating of the billet to the amount of punching pressure is maintained at the final stage of deformation within 15-60. This preserves the integrity of the protective and lubricating coating of the workpiece during the entire deformation process. 1 tab.
