titleOfInvention Method of producing s-alkyl esters of 2-alcoxycarbonyl-2-arylglycole acids
abstract The invention relates to derivatives of thiocarboxylic acids, in particular to the preparation of S-alkylate esters of 2-alkoxycarbonyl-2-arylglycolic acids of the formula ArCH (OCOOR) COSAlk, where a) Alk - Ar - R-CH ,; 6) Alk - Ar - R - CjHy; B) Alk - iso-C H; Ar G-CH SbN4; R - CH ,,; r) Alk - iso-C H; Ar - R - e) Alk - iso .; Ar -; R - CH; e) Alk-Ar-R-CHj, which are used as intermediates in organic synthesis. The goal is to get new connections in a new way. Obtaining the desired compounds are from 8,8-dialkyl oxalate of the formula CO-S-Alk CO-S-Alk and bromomagniyaryl of the formula ArMgBr, in which Alk and Ar have the indicated values, in anhydrous diethyl ether. The organomagnesium compound formed is formed with formic chloroformate, where / L R has the indicated values, in the presence of anhydrous magnesium chloride (in an amount of 0.1-0.5 mol 1 mol of 8.3-dialks1 oxalate) hydrolysis of the reaction mixture with water. The method is simple to perform, the starting materials are available.
