titleOfInvention Method of analysing antioxidant activity of blood serum
abstract The invention relates to medicine and can be used in research laboratories for experimental work and in clinical laboratories for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. The purpose of the invention is to increase the accuracy of the method and reduce the time to determine anti-acid activity by incubation, adding reagents and spectrophotometry. For this purpose, the ratio of the accumulation of malonic dialdehyde per unit volume of blood serum with two different amounts of recycling in the incubation medium is additionally determined and calculated by the formula: (Eoi -Ec) xO, (Eo, -EO-0.1, where —effect of antioxidant activity; Ey — optical density of the control sample; EO, is the optical density of the test sample for 0.1 ml of serum; EQ .j is the optical density of the test sample for 0.2 ml for short; the method for determining the antioxidant activity for short blood significantly simplifies holding analysis, reduces the detection time from 6 hours to 1.5 hours and improves the accuracy of the determination.
