titleOfInvention | Stand for maintenance of mobile mixer |
abstract | The invention relates to metallurgy, and more specifically to equipment for the repair of a mobile mixer. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and reduce the metal consumption. Nd frame 4 has two mechanisms for exact stop of the mixer, each of which includes rotary clamps 27, 28, mounted on vertical shafts, on which gear sectors 34, 35 are fixed. In frame 25, pockets 38 are made with a bridge 39 between them. To set the mixer precisely on the stand, the hydraulic cylinders 37 move the grippers 27, 28 to the working position, while the grippers located, with the sides, into which the mixer is displaced when stopped, rotate against the bridge 39 and move the mixer to the desired position. The proposed stand has a simpler and less metal consuming design by reducing the number of drives, reducing the length of communications, reducing the height of the grippers. 6 Il. (L |
