abstract This invention relates to ophthalmology. The purpose of the invention is to reduce postoperative complications. A corneal incision is made at the upper limb with additional irrigation. Separate the posterior synechia, destroy the anterior lens of the lens. Fragmented, calcified and removed by aspiration with turbid lens masses. The method allows to reduce the trauma of the operation.
