titleOfInvention 3-carboxymethylenehydroxy-amiru-12-en-28-ic acid possessing hypolypidenyc activity
abstract The invention relates to steroid polycyclic acids, in particular, the analogue of the D-homo- steroid 3-carboxy-thylenoxy-a-1 p-12-en-28-o-p acid with lipid-lowering activity. The goal is to create a new, more active, synthetic analogue of B-homoosteroles. Its synthesis is carried out by condensation of 3-amira-3-hydroxy-12-ene-28-oic acid with monochloroacetic acid B and acetone at boiling. Yield 82%, mp. 237 -, gross f-la C. New steroid reduces cholesterol in the blood by 57% and triglycerides - by 37%. Its toxicity LD is above 2000 mg / kg. 1 tab. WITH/)
