titleOfInvention | Method of express-diagnostics of plant potential productivity |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of agriculture and can be used in plant breeding. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the diagnosis and increase its reliability. 200 seeds of each variety are disinfected, spread on filter paper in Petri dishes. The seeds are poured with a M solution of potassium chloride and an increase in the concentration of hydrogen ions is measured every 10 minutes. The rate of increase in the concentration of hydrogen ions in the solution is calculated, which is used to judge the potential productivity of the variety. 2 tab. |
