titleOfInvention | Method of producing sorbent of cholic acid based on modified lignin |
abstract | The invention relates to modified lignins, in particular, to obtain a cholic acid sorbent based on modified lignin, which can be used in chemistry, medicine, biology. The goal is to increase the sorption capacity of lignin. Getting the latter includes the following stages; a) treatment of the initial hydrolytic lignin for 2-3 hours with 60-72% H2SO4; b) washing the HgSO to its 5-10% concentration; c) boiling the solution for 4-5 hours and rinsing the filtered product to pH 1-3; d) chlorination of the aqueous suspension of the product with chlorine for 4 hours at room temperature and washing the chlorlyginine precipitate; e) amination of the latter with polyethylene amine and an alcohol medium for 3 hours; e) methylation with dimethyl sulfate in the presence of NaOH for 5 h at 15 ° C; acidification with HgSO; filtering and washing with water. Modified lignin contains 9.2–9.5% nitrogen, 3.2–4.5% sulfate ash, provides 70–73% sorption of cholic acid from its 0.4% solution against 33% for the lignin obtained with direct chlorination, amination and methylation. 3 tab. with O) |
