titleOfInvention Method of separating polyrybosomic informosomes from free ones
abstract The invention relates to a molecular & biology, biochemistry and is designed to study the regulation of protein biosynthesis in cells of zukaryotic organisms. The purpose of the invention is to increase the purity of the target products. For This is done by dissociating the pol1 | bo som with known agents. The preparation of cytoplasmic ribonucleoproteins is incubated with solid immunosorbent. The free phase with the free inforsomes is separated from the solid by column chromatography or centrifugation, then solid phase dissociation of the polyribosomes is carried out with known agents. An excess of tv-d immunosorbent for binding is necessary,. Sources of cytoplasmic inforosomes (cells, tissues, organs) are incubated with the radioactive precursor of informosomes for 20-30 minutes. 3 pcs. with s
