Strain of candida humicola yeast-producer of protein-fat biomass |
abstract |
The invention relates to the microbiological industry and relates to a new yeast strain, which can be used to obtain protein-fat biomass. The invention aims to obtain a new yeast strain with a higher ability to synthesize protein-fat biomass on carbohydrate substrates. The Candida humicola strain VKPM Y-478 (2043) is derived from podzolic forest soil and is able to utilize the hydrolysates of starchy raw materials, with a biomass yield of 75-78% of those consumed. RV environment, the protein content in biomass is 34%, lipids 23%. 8 tab. in (L |
