titleOfInvention | Method of opposite flotation of iron ores |
abstract | The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals and m. used to separate scpicate minerals (quartz, mica, amphiboles, pyroxenv, commingtonite, etc.), in particular, when curing magnetite concentrates of high purity for the purposes of powder metallurgy, for ferrites, iron catalysts, etc. Purpose of the invention - reduction of reagent consumption at the same time ;; improving the stabilization of flotation foam by increasing the flotation activity of the collector. The pulp is conditioned with a cationic collector and the subsequent extraction of silicate minerals is a penny product. A mixture of quaternary ammonium salts with bis-quaternary ammonium salts based on tetramethylethylene or tetramethyl propylenediamines is introduced as a cationic collector at a ratio from 1: 1 to 4: 1. Etonium, thionium, and propium are introduced as quaternary ammonium salts. The method with the use of the above collector, in which technical etonium is used as quaternary ammonium salts, makes it possible to reduce the consumption of collector by 1.1-1.2 times as compared with the known, foam volume is 1.2 times, foam stability is 1.2 -1.5 times. 1 hp f-ly. 1st (/) |
