titleOfInvention | Composition for making insole cardboard |
abstract | This invention relates to celu. paper industry and improves the quality of cardboard by reducing the scaling and increasing its mechanical strength. The stack cardboard composition contains the following components, wt%: 69-74 prehydrolysis sulphate pulp containing macromolecules with a maximum molecular weight (0.8-1.2) .10 -60-70 and with a minimum molecular weight (50 -80) -103-30-40; 16.0-19.5 chloroprene latex; 5.0-5.5 stabilizers 3.5-4.0 coagulant and 1.5-2.0 zinc oxide. The pulp is ground to the degree of grinding 24-26 SHR, glued with chloroprene latex, stabilized with a solution of sulfite-alcohol bards, coagulant and zinc oxide are added to the mass. The mass is fed to the table of a long-haul machine, where it is dehydrated to a moisture content of 65-75%, then pressed to a moisture content of 55-65%. After this, the web is dried, calendered and printed. 5 tab. to CL with |
