titleOfInvention | Method of determining phagosensitivity of microorganisms |
abstract | The invention relates to medical microbiology and can be used in the formulation of a phagolysis reaction. The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity of microorganisms to bacteriophages. The essence of the method is that the microorganisms tested for phage sensitivity are sown on a nutrient medium with the introduction of a substance that reduces the anti-lysozyme activity of microorganisms, such as ampicillin or interferon (depending on the type of microorganism) at a concentration of 0.39-0.78 µg / ml medium and titers (1:64) - - (1: 256) respectively. A bacteriophage is applied to the crops and, after incubation, the presence of phagolysis is taken into account. Correlation of edu by the anti-isocyme activity of microorganisms and their phagoresistance was established. Harvesting microorganisms in the presence of the aforementioned substances reduces the phagoresisis of the genesis of microorganisms, which increases the sensitivity of microorganisms to bacteriophages. 2 hp f-ly, 3 tab.
