abstract The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the device floors of civil and industrial buildings. The purpose of the invention is to improve the flooring technology by accelerating the drying of the floor surface. The method of arranging the floor consists in applying to the concrete base consistently, as a heat and sound insulating layer, claydite and semi-aquatic gypsum crushed stone in a ratio from 5: 1 to 3: 1 fractions of 0.1-10 mm, then self-leveling layers are applied in layers The first layer is filled with a thickness of 15-25 mm solution containing a mixture of calcium sulfate hemihydrates and water in a ratio from 10:50 to 100: 55, and a mixture of calcium sulfate hemihydrates is used in a ratio from 1: 9 to 5: 5 fractional composition, wt.%: 1-.10 microns 1-10, 10-60 microns 20-40, 60-100 microns 40-64, 100-200 microns 10-15 and incubate 30-60 MHHj and the second layer is poured on a thickness of 25-35 mm solution comprising a mixture of calcium sulfate hemi-hydrates and water in a ratio of 100: 42 to 100: 45, while using a mixture of ct - and ft-hemihydrates of calcium sulfate in the ratio from 9: 1 to 7: 3 fractional composition, wt.%: 1-10 microns 20-30, 10-60 microns 50- 64, 60-100 µm 5-25, 100-200 µm 1-5 and incubated until a moisture content of 5% is reached, after which a finishing coating is applied.
