titleOfInvention Apparatus for monitoring the performance of coking machines
abstract The invention relates to devices for controlling the operation of coke magans and can be used in the coking industry. The invention makes it possible to increase the reliability of monitoring the operation of coke machines by increasing the noise immunity of the device. The device contains a magnet 1 mounted on a coke machine, a group of reed switches 2 installed at each stopping point of the machine, interconnected according to the circuit of contact matrices, the outputs of which are connected to the inputs of the corresponding blocks of 3 diode encoders. The outputs of the encoder units 3 are connected to the inputs of the protection units 12 and the first inputs of the priority units 4, the second inputs of which are connected to the corresponding output of the high-frequency communication equipment 10. The output of each protection unit 12 is connected to the first input of the communication equipment 10. The outputs of priority blocks 4 are connected via corresponding matching blocks 5 to digital-to-analog converters 6 and the corresponding inputs of block 8 of decoders and block 9 of coincidence, the output of which is connected to the second input of communication equipment 10. The output of each digital-to-analog converter 6 is connected to the first input of the corresponding recording device.7, the second input of which is connected to the output of the gating unit 11. The device provides for the input and output signals of digital-to-analogue converters 6 on a computer. 5 Il. CO co co oo 00 00 co
