abstract The invention relates to chemical and mechanical engineering and can be used in the chemical, petrochemical, food and other industries. The aim of the invention is to intensify the process by eliminating the deformation of the particles of ion exchanger and reducing energy consumption. The ion-exchange apparatus includes a housing with a flange, a cover movable with a flange and a fixed grille. Springs are installed between the flanges of the housing and the movable grille. Pulsation cylinders are mounted coaxially to the housing between the flange and the cover. The regulating device is installed in the center of the cover inside the housing of the apparatus and is made in the form of a glass, in the bottom of which is HW-IOT-with drain holes. A pressure sensor is installed under the movable gate. The pumping unit is made with a reverse valve and throttle connected to the pulsating cylinders.
