titleOfInvention Method of increasing thromboresistance of polymeric materials
abstract The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular, to methods of increasing the thromboresistivity of polymeric materials and products intended for contact with the body. The aim of the invention is to reduce the adhesion of platelets by using a solution containing 8–12: 1 ratio as an anticoagulant component during sequential surface treatment with solutions of albumin, heparin and glutaraldehyde, containing heparin and aceto-salicylic acid. The proposed method allows to significantly increase the effectiveness of the modifying coating for a wide class of polymeric materials and products made from them for contact with blood. All treatments do not change the activity of heparin and the physicomechanical properties of the starting material. 1 tab. i (L
