titleOfInvention | Method of determining content of plasmagene in blood plasma |
abstract | This invention relates to methods for determining biologically active compounds (BAS), intended for hematology, physiology, and biochemistry of cardiology. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method in determining ALS in animals. For this, rat diluted with physiological saline in the ratio 1: 7-1:24 is added to the plasma of the rat, the same amount of solutions of euglobulin fraction taken in equal ratios is added, which is separated from human blood plasma and divorced t borate buffer up to 25-75% concentration, and streptokinase at a concentration of 150-400 ME. The method allows to determine the compound of plasminogen in humans and animals. with s |
