titleOfInvention Method of producing inhibitor of proteinases of sunflower gray mould
abstract The invention relates to biotechnological methods for the investigation of biologically active compounds and can be used in evaluating the biological activity of inhibitors of microbial proteinases from plant seeds. In order to increase the yield and activity of sunflower gray rot proteinase inhibitors and simplify the process of determining, the analyzed seed samples (10–12 pcs.) Are soaked in water for a time from 30 to 60 minutes at a temperature of 10 to 20 ° C. and the resulting inhibitor solution is lyophilized. The inhibitor preparation is introduced into the wells on an agar plate infected with pathogen spores. The biological activity of the inhibitors is judged by the size of the pathogen mycelium and the number of overgrown wells. The proposed method makes it possible to simplify the process of determining the biological activity of the inhibitor of proteinosis from gray rot of sunflower and to increase the specific activity and the yield of inhibitors by more than 1000 times as compared with the known method. 4 tab. f, C
