titleOfInvention Method of producng peptone
abstract This invention relates to the field of microbiology and can be used in the production of nutrient media components. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the method. For the implementation of the method, pulp tissue is used - an ATP production waste. The raw material is sequentially subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis with pepsin and trypsin, carried out at elevated temperatures. After each hydrolysis, a high temperature inactivation of the enzyme is performed. Hydrolysis with trypsin is carried out directly after the neutralization stage with ga-gium lime, while the pancreas is added to the hydrolysates of the short-circuit with a calculation of 0.8–1% by volume of hydro-. lysate. After the hydrolyzate, the mass is filtered and dried. The output of myopeptone 18-23%. 2 tab. with S (L
