titleOfInvention | Method of preparing feed from leather waste for the ruminant |
abstract | This invention relates to agriculture. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of food. Leather waste is treated with a 2% solution of sulfuric acid, washed with running water and salted at the rate of 5-10% sodium chloride per dry matter of the waste. The washed waste is mixed with hay, straw cutting in a ratio of 1: (1-3), dried, ground and packed after grinding or after granulating. Inclusion in the diet of the experimental group of bulls 1.5 kg of feed prepared by the proposed method increases the weight gain by 202 g compared to the weight gain in the control group of animals that received 1.5 kg of feed consisting of 500 g of waste and 1 kg of hay flour, dried and ground separately. The digestibility coefficient of the organic matter of the ration of the experimental group is 75.4%, crude protein - 68.9%, against 69.1 and 62.3%, respectively, in the control group. , 2 tab. with s (l |
