abstract This invention relates to agriculture. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method. The determination of cellulose 1 is carried out by hydrolysis of the feed in the presence of a mixture consisting of two volumes of nitric and nine volumes of 80% acetic acid. Prior to hydrolysis, fat is extracted from the feed by four times treatment with ethyl ether, taken in a mass ratio with a sample of feed 6.8-10.2: 1.
