titleOfInvention Method of producing zink phosphate
abstract The invention relates to a production technology based on extraction phosphoric acid of zinc phosphate used in the manufacture of phosphate coatings and bonds. The aim of the invention is to increase the yield of the product and reduce the processing time of the acid solution while maintaining a low content of tributyl phosphate (TBP) in the product. Zinc phosphate is obtained by treating phosphoric acid in TBP with a speed of 7.0-8, C) with a stoichiometric amount zinc oxide in the presence of water, 60-70% of the total mass of which is introduced in 15-25 minutes from the start of treatment. The treatment time is 45-50 minutes, the yield of the product according to P3Og is 97.1-97, J, the TBP content in the product is 0.006-0.007%. 2 tab. With S (L oo 00
