titleOfInvention | Arrangement for coiling spiral |
abstract | The invention relates to the manufacture of non-rotating spirals of unlimited length on an elastic base and allows the expansion of the technological capabilities of the device. The feed roller of the wire or ribbon feed mechanism is kinematically connected by a gear with a separate drive, equipped with a rotational speed controller, which is connected kinematically through a tracking system with a tracking body in contact with the elastic sheath of the cable or a rigid rod, the tracking body being made the form of a collet wrapping around the elastic sheath of the cable in the immediate vicinity of the formation of the spiral. The guide mechanism is made in the form of a roller table that preserves the bending of the wire, made by the feed roller of the feeder. Behind the helix shaping mechanism, a pinch mechanism is installed, equipped with a movable pin, which is hinged to the control knob. A cutting knife is installed between the shaping and guiding mechanisms for cutting the wire at the beginning of the formation of the helix. 4 hp ff, 5 ill. |
