abstract This invention relates to sugar beet production technology. The aim of the invention is to intensify the process of juice extraction, stabilization of chip elasticity, decrease in the content of colloidal dispersion substances in the diffusion juice and loss of sucrose. The method is carried out as follows. Prior to or during scalding, a solution of polymers in an amount of 0.008-0.010% by weight, consisting of aluminum dihydroxosulfate and cationic high molecular weight flocculant POLI-4-VINYL-N-benzyltrimethylammonium chloride, is introduced into the beet chips, and POLY-4-VINYL-N-benzyltrimethylammonium chloride is applied to the polymer. in solution, it is 1.8-2.0 parts of the first component to 0.8-1.0 parts of the second component. 1 il. 2 tab.
