abstract | This invention relates to the field of animal cytology. The purpose of the invention is to achieve intense chromosome staining. The material is led through a fixative and dried over alcohols. The dried preparation is treated with 0.1% sodium carbonate solution for 5-10 minutes and stained with modified Giemsa dye.
