titleOfInvention Method of obtaining allotetraploide hybrids of crusian carp with carp
abstract The invention relates to the fishing industry, in particular, to methods for producing allotetraploid hybrids of the silver carp with carp. The aim of the invention is to exclude physicochemical effects on embryos upon the production of allotetraploid fish. Allotetraploid hybrids of crucian carp with carp are obtained by skraschivanie hybrid females with hybrid inverted males. Hybrid inverted males are obtained by exposing the hybrid females to the male sex hormone. Crossing is carried out without the use of physicochemical effects on the embryos; moreover, it increases the yield of viable allotetraploid larvae by 4–5 times. (L
