titleOfInvention | Composition for electrode coating for welding chromium-nickel steels |
abstract | The invention relates to welding materials used for electric arc welding of chromium-nickel steels of austenitic and austenitic ferritic grade. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the weld metal by increasing resistance to selective corrosion. Instead of marble, the composition of the coating includes sludge from water desalination, which is a waste of heat and power engineering. Yulam in the amount of 35-41 wt.% Provides good gas protection of the molten metal and contributes to the refining of the weld metal. To increase the resistance of the weld metal against the formation of hot cracks and the corrosion resistance of the nickel-chromium deposited metal in chlorine-containing alkaline media and dilute sulfuric acid, 6-9.5% of the metallized molybdenum-containing concentrate and 3-5% of zirconium oxide are added to the coating composition. In addition to these components, the coating composition contains, by weight, wt. %: fluorspar 30-36; ferromanganese 2-6; ferroniobium 1-3; rutile 1-3; calcium chloride else. 2 ta.bl. (L |
