abstract FIELD: feed production. The purpose of the invention is to intensify the process of hydrolysis and increase the nutritional value of the resulting protein feed. Calcium carbonate in the amount of 30-40% by weight of the raw material is additionally introduced to the waste of fur raw materials soaked in urea. Then hydrolysis is carried out at a temperature of 120-130 ° C and a pressure of 0.2-0.3 MPa. The hydrolyzed product is sterilized, dried and ground.
