abstract This invention relates to meat industry. The purpose of the invention is to increase the nutritional value of the feed. The mixture is cooled to 37-45 ° C, the added fat is removed, neutralized with acid to pH 7.0-7.5 and fermented for 8-10 h by adding crushed pancreas of slaughter animals, taken in the amount of 1-5% by weight of raw materials.
