abstract The invention relates to the field. biochemistry. To simplify the process, a dye and an equimolar mixture of carnosine and bivalent copper ions are added to the radical generation system at a final concentration of 1-10 mM, followed by incubation, spectrophotometry, and determination of the result from the reduction in dye recovery rate.
