This invention relates to catalytic chemistry, in particular to the preparation of a spherical catalyst (CT) for the conversion of hydrocarbons. The goal is to simplify the method, obtaining CT with increased mechanical resistance to abrasion, resistance to carbonization and reduced hydraulic resistance. The preparation of QDs is carried out by mixing basic nickel carbonate and nitrate with barium and aluminas oxides in the presence of water with stirring, with simultaneous evaporation to obtain a pasty mass, followed by drying. Subsequent calcination and mixing of the resulting catalyst mass is carried out with a binder — a mixture of aluminate, potassium and natural aluminosilicate in a mass ratio of 1: (O, 4–0.6), taken in an amount of 25–30 May. % based on CT. Molding is carried out in a pelletizer while simultaneously bleeding the mixture and heat treatment - burning of the obtained granules at 700-1200 ° C in air. The number of operations is reduced from 12 to 5, the abradability of 1% of dust after 3 hours of testing decreases from 5 to Ojl - 0.3%, the amount of deposited carbon is 11–13 (against 32.2 mg C / mg Ni by a known method), while hydraulic resistance of the layer decreased from 1.07 to 0.7-0.77 kgf / cm. 2 tab. § SO eaten O5 SD SAE |
