titleOfInvention Method of separating mixtures of light saturated hydrocarbons
abstract The invention relates to petrochemistry, in particular to the separation of mixtures of light saturated hydrocarbons (UB). The purpose of the invention is to reduce energy consumption. Separation of HC mixtures is carried out by distillation in a de-ethanization column with mixing the vapor of the main product (HH) with a liquid hydrocarbon fraction (part of the initial mixture in the Amount of 0.35-1.0 kmol per km of HH of the de-ethanization column); partial condensation of the product mixture - 1P1; the return of the condensed part to the column of de-ethanization as reflux; by feeding the bottom product for rectification into the depropanization column to obtain the head propane-containing fraction and the butane-containing fraction in B1 than the bottom product. Preferably, the mixture in the amount of 0.5-0.65 kmol / kmol HP is supplied to the mixture in the amount of 0.5-0.65 kmol / kmol of the initial mixture. While maintaining the degree of dethanization of 1.24%, a high extraction from the propane potential of 93.9% is achieved while the energy consumption for the process is reduced in comparison with the known method by 18.2%. 1 hp f-ly, 1 ill., 17 tab.
